Additional Resources
Animal Science is a major that gets you out of constant classroom lecturing and gives you the opportunity to get up close with horses, pigs, cows, bulls, sheep and goats. Really close. Whether you're interested in vet school or owning your own goat farm, Animal Science is the way to go. In this major, you'll learn animal selection, breeding, nutrition, reproduction, feeding and management for the production of meat, milk and wool, and for you horse lovers, recreation. Plus, this program has nine clubs specifically designed to speed your career, and one of them hosts the only student-run professional rodeo in the nation.
